A celebrity who is currently considering the role of a supermarket manager arrives at a grocery store on the outskirts of Los Angeles to do some field research. He subsequently becomes stranded, without a vehicle or cellular phone, and accepts a ride home with Scarlet, a cashier who is going to interview for a job. The celebrity re-discovers his craft whilst helping vivid red gain the confidence she needs to alter her life's the heart.
