While seeing two kids on Halloween night, a teenager finds an old VHS tape in the kids' trick or treat bag. The tape features three tales of dread, all linked together by a murderous clown. As the night goes on things start to occur in the house. It's not a long time until the teenager learns the horrible truth... the maniacal clown is slowly working his way into her reality.

i guess we can choose to understand that this was the beginning for Art The Clown and how he was created,give the name he has and owns.Its kinda strange and weird to have watched Terrifier 1 and 2,then watch Hallows Eve,i never knew about All Hallows Eve!!

this one was good at all.. but don't get the plot of clown between TERRIFIEOR/ terrified 2; This one was more a clown in a cult paranormal. & the other one was more a physco serial killer in a clown suit
