A barge is what broke the levy in New Orleans. If it wasn't for the barge hitting the levy, it would have held the water. Plus Katrina was a cat 3 storm and N.O got kinda lucky. N.O got the west side of the storm. Now what he should've shown was Biloxi and Gulf Port.
