Jonathan Ecks, an FBI agent, realizes he must join together along with his lifelong enemy, Agent Severa fictitious DIA agent with whom he could be in combat, in order to defeat a frequent enemy. That enemy has developed a more"micro-device" that can be injected into victims in order to kill them at will.
