It is the summer of 1980 and Barbara is restricted to working and living as a doctor in a little provincial town - for trying to emigrate to the West, her punishment. She's just one attention. To escape and for this, she's got to wait around. Her boss in a medical facility, takes her. Are his motives of love or responsibility to the government? The pretense, and content supervision take their toll as the tension builds.
