Dr. Seung-hoon sedates his spouse before medical check-up, once the aged man begins telling him that a persuasive murder confession. Sometime after, a new woman's severed head is discovered at a butcher shop also Seung-hoon begins to suspect that his child and the landlord will be the serial killers.
