Tells the story of Rainbow Randolph, the corrupt, costumed star of a popular children's television show, who's fired over a bribery scandal and replaced with squeaky-clean Smoochy, a puffy fuscia rhinoceros. Since Smoochy catapults to fame - scoring hit ratings and also the affections of a network executive - the unsuspecting rhino is made the mark of his outrageous attempts to exact revenge by Randolph and reclaim his status.
