When I first seen this movie in my 20's a lot of the obvious scenes went over my head. Appalachian inbreeding. I just thought it was a town with some fugly looking people.

I've always loved this movie 🎬 Some damn good acting, but when their guitar playing buddy dies, it just upsets me, like the butt rape. That's sick 😫 but hillbilly boy gets his due justice. "Is that a banjo picking?!"

I love this movie, it has a great cast that keeps you wanting see them make it through to the end of the movie!
