it's not letting me watch it it's just loading and my wifi has all 4 bars so why is it not working?

I actually love this app I've never once had any issues with it until now i've never searched for something and didn't find it. I've been able to watch everything without issues. so any1 who has come to this app for this movie It's great 1st issue I've ever had. be patient
