Back in 1957, Evan Rendell flees for killing patients in his campaign to find an alternative center because of his wife after his father is lynched. Evan escapes from the mental institution and returns to town for revenge, killing residents one by one off. After Jennifer and her friends break in the Rendell house out of morbid fascination, Evan notices Jennifer has a heart condition similar for his mommy and decides to make her his final victim.
