the ceremony was sooo creepy, I'm thinking authentic, as in that's exactly how it's done in some places...I got a very eery feeling when he was singing that phrase over and over.

they cut over an hour from the film, Kubrick wanted more secrets revealed but they wouldn't let him, this is as close to reality as he could get, they don't call it hollyweird for nothing.
