Charlie Cox needs to have stopped for gas in California. His car hits empty in a town in Nevada while he's on a trip with his daughter, Joleen. With nary a drop of fuel Joleen and Charlie stop for the night in a stuffy trailer park. There, Joleen catches the eye of 2 boys, both Jimmy and Pinky -- both whom are the serial killer currently terrorizing the town.
