Throughout the 16th century, the Chinese shore is ruled by pirates, pillaging the smaller villages and occupying the taxpayers. They devise a strategy to overcome the pirates when maverick leader Commander Yu together with the assistance of a sharp young general. A violent clash of humor and weapons will pick who will rule the territory.
