After a car crash, a psychologist regains consciousness just to discover that she is an individual at the exact mental institution that employs her. She has no memory of committing the crime -- although it seems she's been accused of murdering her husband. As she attempts to recover her memory and convince her co-workers of her innocence, a vengeful spirit uses her.
