Told in the style of Playmates' Half-Shell Heroes action figure line, the storyline finds out the Turtles moving back in time to the Jurassic Era, by which they strike friendly dinosaurs from the past and dangerous aliens from the future that have a nefarious plan of the own. However, things get harder once Bebop Triceratons and Rocksteady arrive!
