Danny O'Brien is in action fighting with the Simon Moon, also known as The Terror. Three years earlier O'Brien had single-handedly captured The Terror and was called Hero by individuals of L.A.. Simon has escaped and has begun killing girls, and O'Brien could be the only real man who is able to stop him.
