Put into a home it doesn't allow pets, Bruce, 16-year-old Andi and her brother, turn an abandoned hotel. Soon strays arrive, and the hotel becomes a sanctuary for every canine in town. But the kids need to do some quick thinking to keep the cops off their tails.
