saw this in 2018 wen it came out & just watched it again 8/30/2023..its a slow film..but interesting to see how hard living is "off the grid"..it "is" a horror movie but not in the traditional sense..but this shit can happen! the ending is totally fucked up sad & traumatic 😔😒

this movie will blow you away! the mother is one hell of a actress, and the fact that she got her revenge was totally awesome! please check this movie out, I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

The kid having grown up in this manner should be as tough as nails..Instead they had a whimpering and sniveling little kid..Doesn't match up..Director should have saw that and corrected it.

my family and I when I was a kid lived off the grid for about 4 months no electricity no indoor plumbing no running water and we more or less just camped out until Dad had the cabin we lived in built and then we moved into the cabin and then he started work on the big house.
