Nobody appears to be able to catch out him when Doug's father is taken down by MiGs owned by some country. Doug finds an Air Force Colonel who is fascinated with the notion of sending in two fighters by himself along with Doug to rescue Doug's father after bombing that the MiG base, Chappy.
