Vena Norris and her parents undergo jobs at Mr. Malatesta's carnival owning a mid way games stall. However, they are part of this traveling series circuit under false pretenses. Vena's brother disappeared when seeing the attraction, and his kinfolk are convinced they're able to detect scamming teenagers out of their 31, what happened to him. What they really do learn is pretty strange.
