Billie and sean are under cover cops and martial arts masters. Investigating the death of a cop, they discover a ring of corruption and rape at a nightclub at which the rich are amused by enchanting women and shielded by martial arts experts. Billie goes undercover to infiltrate the crime ring, leading to an explosive finale.
