FYI anyone wanting to do the family plan on here don't unless you have 5 different E-mails for each family member.Which they do not disclose that anywhere on this app.I had the individual plan and figured to switch to the family plan to....

Etc...For each device you have.Netfix you can have the whole family under one E-mail account and then you can use 5 different devices which is a lot better in my opinion instead of the other way around.

Etc..To add my personal phone to watch movies with the family plan because you can add up to 5 folks on it.You CAN NOT!! Add 2 devices like my tablet and my cellphone to one E-mail even though you paid $49.99 for it already.How stupid is that? They all have to be separate E-mails

Now my account on this is jacked because I upgraded to the family plan or they took $53 bucks out of my account but i still have the ads showing up.I did cancel my subscription with them but they still took my money regardless.Funny as well because in my g-mail account says..

They need a 1-800-phone number to talk to a live person so they can fix this mess.

I have had know issues and I have my phone my tablet my wife's phone and our grandson phone are on 1email and everything works fine
