Thousands of years in the future, the cities of Earth roam the globe on wheels, devouring each other for diminishing resources. On one of these enormous traction cities, the older London, Tom Natsworthy comes with an unexpected encounter with a mysterious woman from the wastelands who will change the path of his life.
