Within this loose adaptation of Shakespeare's"Henry IV," Mike Waters is a festive hustler afflicted with narcolepsy. Scott Favor is the son of a mayor. Together, the two traveling from Portland, Oregon to Idaho and finally to the coast of Italy in a Search to locate Mike mom. Over the way they turn hints for medication and the money, eventually bringing the attention of a wealthy benefactor and sexual deviant.
