Sent into a drunken tail spin when his whole unit is killed by a bunch of thrill-seeking punks, disgraced Hong Kong police inspector Wing (Jackie Chan) needs assistance from his new rookie partner, with a troubled past of their or her own, to climb out of this bottle and track the gang along with its callous leader.
