Every time a secret union is intended between a Moorish general, Othello, and Desdemona, the daughter of Senator Brabantio, her suitor Roderigo takes it hard. He allies himself Iago, who has their own grudge against Othello, and also both conspire to create Othello down. If their first plan, to own him convicted of witchcraft, neglects, they plant signs intended to make him believe Desdemona is cheating.
