Time during the Rattanakosin Kingdom, Mak has to leave his pregnant wife Nak at home in Phra Khanong and becomes a soldier. At the front line that is remote he and four soldiers who eventually become his friends meet. Menwhile his wife Nak struggles to give birth to their baby. After the war is over, Mak invites his friends to move to his home and meet his wife Nak. However, in Phra Khanong the rumor goes across town that Nak is a ghost. After a run of events his four friends plus a few villagers try to share with Mak his wife is dead.
