Out of work and desperate for money, a taxi driver from La Paz assumes the identity of a passenger — a photographer — and accepts his next assignment, unaware that he is a hitman whose next target is a high-ranking government official. He becomes entangled in a terrorist operation in which no one is who they claim to be, including the source funding the assassination plot.
