Mark Hunter is an teenager who has just moved to Arizona from the big apple. Unbeknownst to his parents and coworkers, at 10pm each school night Mark happens to the short wave radio in his cellar and transforms in to pirate DJ"Hard Harry". The show of mark, at the same time thoughtful and profane, becomes an undercover hit with students at his high school, inspiring the anger of the leader and the Federal Communications Commission [FCC].
