A monk , rasputin wreaks havoc through the night, chopping off the hands of the drinkers. The evil Rasputin works his satanic power on the women who function in the Tsar's palace, as the natives plan their resurrection. The Tsarina himself is seduced by his evil tactics and, since his sway begins to control government policy, there's only one path of action left... to destroy him before he destroys them all.
