As a North sleeper cell broker, Ryu-han infiltrates the South and assumes the role of a village idiot at a town. He observes the townsfolk and waits for his mission. After 2 decades of playing the function of the village idiot, fellow elite spies Hae-rang, introduced as Hae-jin, posed as an ordinary student and a rock star, are dispatched to the same town as Ryu-han. He also helps the two spies settle in and teach them how to adjust in the South. A sudden political power shift is in the North and an pressing and ultimate mission is received by all three spies.
