An American Chris Kenner, by a Japanese upbringing is a police officer. Kenner is partnered with Johnny Murata, a Japanese-American who isn't touching his roots. Despite their differences, both men do well and use their strong skills once they move facing Yoshida, a yakuza drug dealer with ties to Kenner's past.
