A crew of Martians overhears a radio broadcast of Orson Welles'"War of the Worlds" via Earth, as well as believing the Martian fleet is attacking Earth, they land their own brokendown boat in a backwater mid-American town. They land on Halloween as luck would have it and obtain mistaken for trickortreaters. Since the Martians attempt to have taken 10, comedy ensues.
