A woman with no strong religious beliefs,'' Frankie Paige begins having strange and barbarous adventures, revealing indications of the wounds when detected which Jesus received. When the Vatican gets word of Frankie's situation, a high-ranking cardinal asks that the Rev. Andrew Kiernan investigate her claim. So on Kiernan comprehends that very sinister forces are at the office, and attempts to rescue Frankie out of the entity that is plaguing her.
