The city needs heroes. Since Shredder and his evil Foot Clan possess an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians darkness has settled New York City. The future is grim until four outcast brothers that are unlikely rise from the sewers and discover their fate since Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with also her cameraman Vern Fenwick along with fearless reporter April to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan.
