It's 1974 and everything has been missed by Sam Bicke. His wife leaves him together along with his three children, his boss fires him, his brother turns out from him, and he won't be given some money to start by the bank. He attempts to get a person to blame for his misfortunes and includes the President of the United States who he plans to murder.
