Dave Bannion is an cop on the trail of a vicious gang. Bannion is tipped off after a priest's suicide along with his officers' suspicious silence lead him to feel that they have been on the gangsters' payroll. Bannion becomes a force of justice and vengeance, aided along the way by the gangster's spurned girlfriend Debbie, After a bomb meant for him kills his wife instead. As Bannion and Debbie fall further and farther to the Gangland's insidious and brutal trap, they must use any means necessary (including murder) to get to the facts.
