Scott Carey is vulnerable to a radioactive cloud while on a trip. A few months after Scott realizes that he's reduced in stature by several inches, although nothing seems amiss at first. He sees a health care provider, who admits that he's baffled. As Scott continues to psychologist, falling to 3 feet tall, so he becomes warm, and lashes out in his wife.
