Thats T-Bag from the show prison break. They couldn't of picked a better actor then him . He plays the best two-faced ,Back stabber,betrayer,heartless,rat, untrustworthy coldhearted ,slick one-way criminal better then anyone else I've ever seen . In prison break it was like
