Great cast + great director .. sadly a bad movie.Bad editing + bad acting + weak script.The cinematography is excellent and the artistic scenes are good, but it becomes too much when it forces itself to improve a basic storyline.Watched 90min and then stopped. Couldn't handle finishing it.

The Northman is just a good old fashioned revenge tale but with Vikings, with the beautiful vision of one of the best working directors of our days, this film is just fantastic from start to finish.

After seeing the trailer, I thought this might be worth watching. Nope. It was tedious, boring and lifeless. A good cast wasted with a tepid script and rather confusing story line.

Weak plot, bad dialogs compound with Medio acting made this flix so cheesy. Ms Kidman's acting is so monotonous and boring. What a waste of efforts for some well known actors.

Now, THIS is a film of genius 👏 and epic proportions. There's not much that can top it. It's also the most realistic viking film you'll see. I'd give it 100 stars!! 💯 Bjork is in it, but only for a fleeting moment. Beautiful, brutal, and award winning!!

After mediocre Witch and great Lighthouse, now a Viking Story, that fits, somehow.Oldschool but still thrilling story, astonishing pictures, intense, extraordinary.Rather watch two hours Northman than six seasons Vikings.

This movie was weird a lot of witch craft going on he did all those fighting plus he swear on his father he was gonna kill us uncle never did it.

Unusually boring title, made with 0 effort. Wasted potential. Somehow I made myself watch it trough, now looking back, it's one of the rare regretful decisions in my life. PAINGFULLY BORING. Not worth of watching the trailer.

I was greatly disappointed in this movie. Not much drama and the acting sucks. Nicole Kidman's character lacked substance as did the others. Don't bother with this one. Just not a good movie.
