Joshua Lazarus (Nick Stahl) is a telepath who has been raised in a NSA boost home. Lazarus helps the government. He is told by the agency that he will end up mad punctually, and which the telepathy has been a negative result of Widmann's Illness and finally die from the illness. However, Lazarus meets a woman with comparable powers (Taryn Manning) who Doesn't Have any Indication of the illness, launching Lazarus to confront the lies he has been advised
