Determined to prevent another nights driving around Torrance at the Blue Torpedo, both Joe and Hubbs set out on a pursuit for chicks. Their paths cross about a pair of radical girls going out near the Frankie Avalon place, from whom they learn. From this deal, Hubbs worms Tack over the objections of Joe, and the pair have a ride toward their own destiny.
