After having a mass shooting at a police funeral Gannon finds himself driven out of retirement after he recognizes that the killer belongs. Recognizing that the shooting could put off a chain reaction of copycat violence throughout the country, his fellow militiamen are quarantined by Gannon . There, he places about a collection of interrogations, intent on ferreting out the killer and turning him up to the government to stop additional blood shed.
