Prominent gang leader Cyrus requires a gathering of New York's gangs take over the town and to put aside their turf wars. At the meeting, Cyrus is killed by a pioneer, however a Coney Island gang called the Warriors is blamed for Cyrus' death. Before you understand it, that the gangbanger in the city is alluring on the Warriors' trail.

No matter how old you are right now this movie never gets old and it's always been one of my favorites I was only 6 years old when this movie came out but I was born and raised in Harlem and moved around and Brooklyn and the Bronx so I definitely remember the gang life.

I remember when I first moved into my new apartment over 15 years ago. I didn't have cable or anything. A friend gave me this movie on dvd. I didn't know anything about it but watched it anyways and absolutely loved it, and it's been a favorite of mine ever since.
