An anorexic young woman escapes from a psychiatric clinic and meets a child who wants to help. She's caught and returned to her parents, who are soon beheaded by a garrotting stranger making the rounds apparently striking just if it rains. The orphaned young woman and are compromised when a connection is discovered with also a certain performance performed previously and the victims and her fan launch their own evaluation.
