At the urgings of her pals, a book editor in sanfrancisco has a visit of Tuscany after a divorce, Frances. On a whim she begins to piece her life together with the villa and buys Bramasole, a run down villa in the Tuscan countryside and discovers that life gets methods for giving her everything she wanted.
