Trapped near the summit of K2 Annie Garrett radios to base camp for help. Annie's message is heard by brother Peter and builds a team before they succumb to the unforgiving elements of K2 to rescue her group. However, as Annie places hurt in an icy cavern, the rescuers face his or her lives -- and several terrifying events which could end the rescue effort.
