Enoch Powell

British Conservative politician for Wolverhampton. Later became a member of the Ulster Unionist party. Favoured the repatriation of immigrants living in Britain. Delivered his famous anti-immigration speech, the "Rivers of Blood" speech on April 20th 1968.
