Shigeru Chiba

Shigeru Chiba was born on February 4, 1954 in Kikuchi, Kumamoto, Japan as Masaharu Maeda. He is known for his work on Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (2013), Ghost in the Shell (1995) and Jigoku no banken: akai megane (1987).
