Hercules is a animated series based on the 1997 film of the same name and also the Greek myth. The series premiered on August 31, 1998, also about Disney's One Saturday Morning on September 12, 1998 in syndication. 52 episodes conducted, as 1-3 was run by the Saturday morning run.The series follows teenage Hercules training as a hero as well as trying to conform to life. With his free-spirited friend Icarus, his future-seeing friend Cassandra along with his teacher Philoctetes, he and his wicked uncle Hades struggles. Like most of teenagers though, Hercules has to worry about peer pressure once he is ridiculed by the snobbish prince Adonis. Several events are especially contradicted by the series in the picture and isn't considered canon.
